Job summary

Cineplex invites friendly, energetic people to join as Cast Members in Canada. You’ll support concessions, the floor, and the box office while ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. This role thrives in a fast-paced theatre environment and requires strong teamwork and guest service.

Evenings and late shifts are common, with opportunities for growth and staff discounts. Appropriate Smart Serve certification is a plus to work in licensed theatres.

• Smart Serve certification and legal age to serve alcohol is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in concessions, on the floor, and at the box office.

• Support daily theatre operations and maintain clean, safe spaces.
• Uphold safety and customer service standards across all areas.

Cast Member

Cineplex’s Cast Members are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional entertainment experience to each and every guest. Cast Members have a range of responsibilities, each of which help the theatre’s daily functions and can include duties in concessions, on the floor and at the box office, amongst other tasks. If you thrive in an energetic, fast-paced and social atmosphere, this may be the opportunity for you!
