Job summary

Sport Chek in Canada is seeking a energetic Cashier to be the first and last person customers see. You will handle transactions while representing the brand with every interaction.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent service, processing purchases and returns, maintaining till balance, and helping the team reach performance targets. Entry-level, high school education preferred. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or cash handling is a plus.
• Retail environment experience is helpful.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to stay organized and accurate with transactions.

Our typical hiring range is between $18.25 and $20.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
