Responsibilities
- Supervise staff (apprentices, stagium hands, design team, etc.)
- Establish work schedules
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- Oversee payroll administration
- Operate cash register
- Process money, cheques and credit / debit card payments
- Tabulate total payment for goods or services required
- Calculate daily / shift payments received and reconcile with total sales
- Stock shelves and clean counter area
- Provide customer service
- Accept reservations or take-out orders
