  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Operate cash register
  • Process money, cheques and credit / debit card payments
  • Tabulate total payment for goods or services required
  • Calculate daily / shift payments received and reconcile with total sales
  • Stock shelves and clean counter area
