Job summary

Aramark Canada is seeking a Cashier Supervisor to lead daily front-of-house operations, greet guests, and ensure accuracy in cash handling and guest service. This role blends supervision with hands-on cash register responsibilities to keep service smooth and efficient.

The ideal candidate has previous customer service and cash handling experience, basic math skills, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Accurately operate a register/POS and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs
• Adheres to Browns Plus + cash handling policies and procedures
• Understand and be knowledgeable of the merchandise for sale to assist customers and accurately process transactions
• Complete opening and closing procedures as assigned for unit based on operating hours
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment during service and at the end of shift.
• Ensure product in location is stocked to appropriate levels throughout service and replenish items as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

You'll be responsible for daily operations in the front of house, building a strong team dynamics with the general help, and providing the best-of-the-best in customer service.
