Job summary

Bulk Barn is seeking a friendly Store Cashier/Stock Clerk in Ontario. You will be the front-line contact with customers and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, stocking shelves, keeping the store clean, and maintaining safety. A retail background and cash-handling experience are assets; must be able to lift 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment is an asset.
• POS system and cashier experience required or preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.

Position Summary

A Store Cashier/Stock Clerk acts as the company’s front line contact with customers, and plays an integral role in the customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist customers in a manner that exceeds customer expectations
• Manage transactions and the cash register with honesty and integrity
• Stock and re-stock shelves and products
• Clean and maintain store appearance
• Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Permanent, Part-time.

Schedule:Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, days and evenings, Monday through Sunday. Your availability must be approximately 12 to 25 hours per week.
