Job summary

Wal-Mart Canada Corp in Olds, AB is seeking a Cashier to deliver exemplary customer service at the checkout and protect company assets through careful cash handling. You will greet customers, process transactions, promote sponsor programs, assist with bagging, and maintain a safe, clean work area.

Refer complex items to a Customer Service Manager as needed. Minimum age is 16 or older; Walmart accommodates disability-related needs as required by law.

• Ensures safe work practices are followed including proper lifting and keeping a clean work area.
• Maintains register security and integrity through diligent cash handling, adherence to relevant company policies and awareness of surroundings.
• Refs ers appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as required.
