Sport Chek in Canada is hiring a Cashier Lead to greet customers, process transactions, and support the sales team. You will be the first and last associate customers see, representing our brand with a positive attitude and strong service standards.

With 6+ months of retail experience and solid cash handling skills, you’ll help maintain accurate tills and deliver an exceptional shopping experience while promoting active, healthy living through our products and services.

Job Description

As a Cashier Lead at Sport Chek, your positive attitude will help customers and employees of the store. You will be the first-person customers see and the last team member they will remember. You will be handling transactions, but most importantly, you will represent our company with every interaction. Through your dedication to customer service and execution of operational tasks you will be an example to our PT Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Knowledge

• 6+ months of previous retail experience

Our typical hiring range is between $17.95 and $20.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
