Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. in New Brunswick is seeking an engaged retail associate to support health, beauty and convenience services in a community-focused store.

You will deliver friendly customer service, manage checkout tasks, and maintain a clean, organized environment while promoting the Shoppers brand and policies.

Responsabilités

• Provides excellent customer service and positively engages with all customers.
• Maintains a neat and organized checkout area.
• Greets all customers and displays warm demeanor.
• Accurately scans or enters product data.
• Accurately accounts for cash and coupons, lottery, and PC Optimum.
• Asks for customer’s PC Optimum Card during each transaction.
• Maintains proper documentation for receipts and returns.
• Merchandises and maintains designated areas (facing, signing, labeling, etc).
• Ensures loss prevention standards are followed and controls cash, lottery, and stamp inventory.
• Represents proper image per Uniform Policy and Dress Code Guidelines; complies with safety regulations and store policies.
• Performs other duties as required.

Duties & Responsibilities

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• Provides excellent customer service and positively engages with all customers
• Maintains a neat and organized checkout area
• Greets all customers and displays warm demeanor
• Accurately scans or enters product data
• Accurately accounts for cash and coupon, lottery, and PC Optimum
• Asks for customer’s PC Optimum Card during each transaction

Merchandising

• Ensures proper documentation completed with respect to customers receipt and return of goods
• Merchandises and maintains designated areas (i.e., facing, signing, labeling, etc)

Loss Prevention

• Ensures loss prevention Standards are followed
• Controls cash, lottery, and stamp inventory

General

• Presents proper image to the public in accordance with Uniform Policy and Dress Code Guidelines
• Complies with all health and safety regulations
• Complies with all store policies and procedures
• Ensures the standards of housekeeping and image are maintained
• Perform other duties as required
