Job summary

La Vie en Rose is seeking a dedicated full-time team member to deliver exceptional customer service in-store. You will process sales, offer product recommendations, and explain return policies while maintaining accuracy at the cash register.

You should enjoy working with numbers, be open to holidays and busy periods, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• You have previous customer service experience; experience in retail is a plus.
• You listen to customers' needs to provide exceptional service.
• You are comfortable handling transactions and numbers.
• You are functionally bilingual (an asset).

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and process transactions like a pro.

What a Typical Workday Looks Like

With the support of the store management team, your role is to provide outstanding customer service and process transactions like a pro. This involves:

• Making every customer's shopping experience enjoyable and memorable by providing friendly and efficient customer service;
• Suggesting complementary products before processing the transaction;
• Making sure you're careful and precise when handling transactions at the cash register;
• Clearly explaining return policies to customers;
• Answering the phone in a professional manner;
• Keeping your work area clean and making sure you have everything you need to work efficiently;
• Respecting and following the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don't worry, we'll explain everything to you!);
• Performing other duties where needed to support the team.
