Job summary

RONA is seeking team members to support store administration within its Quebec network. You will greet customers, handle transactions accurately, keep checkout areas tidy and balanced, and ensure compliance with loss prevention and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to resolve a variety of issues quickly and efficiently.

• Experience with cash register systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers in a courteous manner.
• Process transactions precisely and accurately.
• Keep all checkout work stations clean and uncluttered.
• Create and balance the cash report at the end of each shift.
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention, health and safety policies.
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
