Shoppers Drug Mart is seeking a customer-focused associate to maintain an efficient checkout area and deliver outstanding service. You will greet customers, process transactions, and help with merchandising while upholding store standards.

• Strong computer and register skills.
• Well organized with the ability to record keep.
• Detail oriented and accurate with transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers.
• Maintain neat and organized checkout area.
• Greet customers and display a warm demeanor.
• Scan or enter product data accurately.
• Accurately handle cash, coupons, lottery, and PC Optimum.
• Request PC Optimum card during each transaction.
• Document receipts and returns properly.
• Merchandise designated areas (facing, signing, labeling).
• Follow loss prevention standards and manage cash/lottery inventories.
• Present a professional image as per dress code and health & safety rules.
