Job summary

La Vie en Rose Inc. in Ontario is seeking a customer‑facing role with flexible hours and a pay rate of 17.84$–18.35$ per hour. The position is temporary and part-time, with group insurance and personal days for full-time staff.

You’ll join a large, community‑minded company with 5000+ employees and hundreds of stores worldwide, focusing on lingerie and swimwear. You’ll deliver exceptional service, handle transactions, and support store operations, while adapting to seasonal demands and upholding

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred and valued.
• Ability to listen to customer needs and provide accurate information.
• Good with numbers and handling transactions accurately.
• Willingness to work holidays and longer hours during busy periods.
• Bilingualism is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and process transactions on the sales floor.

What a typical workday looks like

With the support of the store management team, your role is to provide outstanding customer service and process transactions like a pro. This involves:

• Making every customer’s shopping experience enjoyable and memorable by providing friendly and efficient customer service;
• Suggesting complementary products before processing the transaction;
• Making sure you’re careful and precise when handling transactions at the cash register;
• Clearly explaining return policies to customers;
• Answering the phone in a professional manner;
• Keeping your work area clean and making sure you have everything you need to work efficiently;
• Respecting and following the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Performing other duties where needed to support the team.

SALARY : 17,84$ - 18,35$
