Job summary

Marry Browns is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier for a part-time role at our Calgary store on Thursdays through Mondays, 5 PM–11 PM. You will greet customers, handle transactions, upsell, keep displays tidy, and support stock.

The position emphasizes excellent English communication, basic maths skills, and strong organisational abilities to ensure a welcoming shopping experience. Training is provided, and you will work well in a team or independently when needed,

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Good time management to ensure smooth store operations during shifts.
• Phone etiquette skills for professional customer interactions over the phone.
• Experience in merchandising or retail is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
• Ability to work well within a team and independently when required.
• Organised, reliable, with a positive attitude towards customer service.
