Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter and exit the store.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service in person and over the phone.
• Direct phone calls and customer inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Assist customers with questions and help direct them throughout the store.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Verify payment methods and ensure payments are completed correctly.
• Handle cash, receipts, and other transaction documentation responsibly.
• Balance and maintain cash drawer procedures as required.
• Keep cashier and customer service areas clean, organized, and presentable.
• Restock merchandise and assist with inventory replenishment as needed.
• Ensure displays and products are neat, organized, and properly maintained.
• Monitor displays and storage areas and report any safety concerns or hazards.
• Assist other departments as required.
• Support general store operations and special projects as assigned.

Part-Time Cashier

Our Barrie location is currently seeking a Part-Time Cashier to join our team. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet customers as they enter and exit the store
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service in person and over the phone
• Direct phone calls and customer inquiries to the appropriate team members
• Assist customers with questions and help direct them throughout the store

Cash Handling & Operations

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Verify payment methods and ensure payments are completed correctly
