Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a friendly Cashier in Abbotsford to deliver exemplary customer service at checkout and help protect store assets. A Cashier is a total loss champion, guarding company assets with a sharp eye for detail.

You will process transactions, promote card services, assist with bagging, and maintain a safe, clean work area. Minimum wage starts at 18.40 CAD per hour.

• Ensures safe work practices are followed including proper lifting and keeping a clean work area.
• Maintains register security and integrity through diligent cash handling, adherence to relevant company policies and awareness of surroundings.
• Refers appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as required.
