TMX Group is seeking a Cash Management Officer to support day‑to‑day processing, account reconciliations, and administrative tasks for dividend disbursements and DRIP within TSX Trust. The role is hybrid, based in Toronto, 3 days in the office, reporting to the Manager, Operations.
Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in financial services or dividend processing, with strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and basic capital markets knowledge.

Reporting to the Manager, Operations, the Cash Management Officer is an entry‑to‑mid‑level individual contributor responsible for executing day‑to‑day transaction processing, account reconciliations, and routine administrative duties for dividend disbursements and Dividend Reinvestment Plans (DRIP) within the TSX Trust division. The Cash Management Officer ensures standard financial flows are balanced accurately, processes daily account activities, maintains Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) checks, and provides general operational support under the guidance of Senior Officers and the Team Lead.
This role is hybrid 3 days/week in the office – based in Toronto, ON.
Salary Range: 50,000/year - 54,000/year CAD
