As a Case Manager in the Thompson Regional Office, you will help injured workers on their journey toward recovery and successful reintegration into the workforce. In this role you will be directly contributing to the wellbeing of injured workers and their families by supporting them through the recovery process. By collaborating closely with employers, healthcare providers, and other WCB stakeholders you will plan meaningful solutions for safe timely return to work outcomes. Please note that this position is tentatively set to begin on March 30th, 2026 with a 12-week training class with travel requirements to Winnipeg. During the training period, candidates will not be eligible to take vacation. Hours of work during the training period will be Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 : 30
