We are currently seeking a Case Manager for our Wicihitowin program. Wicihitowin (formally known as Hope Homes for Indigenous Youth) is a program that provides safe and stable housing options and individualized supports for youth, 16-24 years old, who are Indigenous and experiencing homeless or are at risk of homelessness. Wicihitowin (phonetic spelling: Wi-Chi-Hi-Towin) is a Cree word that means “to help mutually” and “the act of helping one another.” Connected to three other Cree words that mean love, empathy and kindness for all living beings. Wicihitowin operates from Housing First, Harm Reduction and Indigenous Trauma Informed Practice and Building Connections models of care and integrates a holistic Indigenous worldview.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of Indigenous people’s unique histories, languages, cultural practices, spiritual beliefs and knowledge systems; excellent organizational and communication skills; knowledge of youth homelessness, community resources and experience in case management. Salary Range: $49,768 - $54,931 Annually
