Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Stockperson/Cartpusher to keep parking lots clear and produce a welcoming shopping experience. You’ll collect carts, assist customers, and help maintain clean facilities while following safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Shift flexibility includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Expect physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and performing routine inspections, with training provided to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE use, and logkeeping as required.

Responsibilities

• Collect shopping carts from cart corrals, parking lot, and store perimeter and return to storage areas using Walmart procedures.
• Assist customers with carry outs and carry ins and verify receipts when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform light maintenance and cleaning duties per guidelines.
• Follow safety standards and emergency protocols, including chemical handling and lockout/tagout practices.
• Wear provided PPE (steel-toe shoes, reflective vest) and conduct safety sweeps.
• Support a high-volume, fast-paced environment with reliability and energy.
