Georgetown Golf Club is hiring a Cart Fleet Mechanic!

We are seeking a skilled Golf Cart Fleet Mechanic to ensure our fleet runs safely, and efficiently, The Golf Cart Fleet Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overall condition of our golf cart fleet. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to diagnose and repair both electric and gas-powered carts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Daily maintenance of golf carts, shuttles, range equipment.
  • Battery maintenance for electric golf carts.
  • Maintenance and minor repair of golf cart brakes and tires, batteries etc).
  • Vehicle inspections- Mechanical and cosmetic.
  • Keeping and up-to-date cart maintenance log. Including individual entries for any servicing on golf carts, workhorse carts or shuttle carts.
  • Routing.
  • Parking & storage of carts, including rotation of fleet.
  • Assist with tournament setup and other duties as assigned by the golf professionals.
  • Interact and assist Members and guests on various issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in engine repair and electrical systems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
