Responsibilities
  • Lead Site Operations – Supervise carpentry crews and subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Problem Solving – Collaborate with consultants, project engineers, and managers to address site challenges.
  • Schedule Management – Help build and maintain project schedules, documenting daily activities in the Daily Diary.
  • Ensure Efficiency & Quality – Oversee projects to guarantee they are conducted efficiently, effectively, and meet customer expectations.
  • Mentorship – Coach and develop Foremen and Supervisors to enhance their skills and leadership abilities.
  • Safety Compliance – Ensure all safety policies are followed, maintaining a secure and compliant job site.
