Job summary

Handyman Connection in Victoria is seeking an experienced Carpenter for residential and light commercial work on a flexible, independent contractor basis. You can set your own schedule and location within the Victoria area, delivering high-quality carpentry on a part-time basis.

• Experience as a skilled tradesperson in residential or light commercial construction.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
• Own tools, vehicle, and references.
• Must pass screening process.
• Own smartphone and Internet access.

Responsibilities

• Cut, shape, and install building materials for residential or light commercial projects.
• Work with fixtures of wood, plywood and wallboard.
• Determine and identify materials and quantities for new and existing projects.
• Evaluate customer requests, price projects, troubleshoot issues, and describe work orders.

Job Summary

• Cut, shape, install building materials for during the construction, remodeling or repair in a residential and light commercial setting.
• Regularly work with fixtures of wood, plywood and wallboard.
• Determine and clearly identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing projects.
• Evaluate customer requests, price projects, troubleshoot customer issues, and present a description of a work order to a customer.
