Salary

$1,500 per week (40 hours per week), full‑time permanent

Working Hours

Early morning, morning, day; on site; physically demanding; work at heights, noisy, dusty, outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials.
• Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware.
• Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments.

Required Experience

2–3 years in carpentry or related field.

Required Tools & Equipment

• Hand tools (e.g., saws, drills, levels, measuring devices).
• Safety equipment: steel‑toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles.
