Depending on skill level and work ethic, we are offering between $30 to $45/hr to start.

Who we’re looking for:

We are seeking a skilled carpenter who takes pride in their work and enjoys working as part of the team. At least 3 years of work experience is required. You must be punctual, have a high attention to detail, and be an excellent communicator. You must have your own hand tools, vehicle, cell phone, and a valid driver’s license. You also have to be comfortable working at heights.

Manitoulin Timber Frames is a small Tehkummah-based construction company that is currently seeking an experienced carpenter for traditional timber frame projects, as well as building decks, installing high-end windows and doors, wood siding, and installing steel roofs. Much of the work you will be doing is interesting and rewarding as no two projects are the same.
