Responsibilities:

  • Carpentry & Finishing Expertise: Executing a wide range of carpentry tasks, including precision finishing work to meet Tarbutt's high standards.
  • On-Site Framing: Performing site carpentry, including accurate and timely framing of residential and commercial projects.
  • Blueprint Implementation: Proficiently reading and accurately implementing construction blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Tool Operation: Safe and effective operation of hand tools, power tools, and relevant construction equipment.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the required quality and code standards.

Requirements:

  • Industry Knowledge: Proven expertise in carpentry and finishing, with a strong understanding of residential and commercial construction knowledge.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Tool Proficiency: Experience in the safe and skilled operation of hand and power tools
  • Reliability: Must have reliable own transportation to and from job sites.
