Qualifications

• Must have some familiarity with basic retail or hospitality customer service.
• Minimum age – 19.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables, laying out napkins and utensils.
• Stay updated on current menu choices and specialties.
• Handle table bookings and present menus to customers.
• Maintain proper dining experience and deliver items.
• Prepare mixed drinks for service to customers' tables.
• Open and pour wine at the tableside.
• Obtain revenues, issue receipts, and handle payments.
• Assist with special events as needed.
