Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable and experienced Health Care Aide to become a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs. The ideal candidate has experience supporting patients with disabilities, is capable of interacting and fostering a positive relationship with a young adult in a professional and empathetic manner, and is dedicated to promoting independence, dignity, and a high quality of life for our client.
