A career college in Ontario is seeking a Career Services Coordinator to ensure the successful placement of graduates into relevant employment and practicum positions. This full-time role includes providing career counseling, building employer relationships, and tracking employment outcomes. Ideal candidates should have a relevant degree, a minimum of 1 year in career services, and strong communication skills.

The Career Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful placement of CIMT College graduates into relevant employment and practicum/internship positions. The primary KPIs for this role include achieving high employment rates within the field of study within six months of course completion and placing students into practicum/internship positions within one or two days of their course completion date or theory end date.
