Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in career counseling or employment services.
  • Experience in resume writing and interview coaching (preferred).
  • Career Development Practitioner certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one sessions with clients to assess their needs.
  • Develop personalized action plans and job search strategies.
  • Assist clients with resume writing and interview preparation.
  • Facilitate job search workshops.
  • Maintain accurate client records.
