Job summary

Dialogue is seeking a Career Counselor to help clients identify their career paths through individual counseling. You will work closely with Sarine Moumdjian, Manager Member Services, to support clients in planning and developing their careers.

You will assess client situations, provide short-term guidance, and create tailored resources and tools to meet each client's needs. This role offers hybrid work arrangements and opportunities to contribute to a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• At least 3 years of experience as a career counselor.
• Experience working in a remote environment or openness to remote work.
• Experience working with adult clientele is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly assess clients' situations.
• Offer short-term guidance during initial and follow-up meetings (career planning and development).
• Develop and provide resources and tools according to the client's needs.

Your role as Career Counselor

What you'll be doing

• Thoroughly assess clients' situations
• Offer short-term guidance during an initial meeting and follow-up meetings (assistance in career planning and development)
• Develop and provide resources and tools according to the client's needs

We'd love to hear from you if you have

• Comfortable in French and English, both spoken and written
• Member of the Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d'orientation du Québec (OCCOQ)
• Part time availability of 21 hours/week min.
• At least 3 years of experience as a career counselor
• Experience working in a remote environment or openness to remote work
• Experience working with adult clientele is an asset
