Qualifications

  • Experience in a physiotherapy or private health care clinic is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone calls and greet patients with excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate patient's intake of information during the first visit.
  • Assist patients with paperwork in the clinic.
  • Schedule patient appointments and maintain medical records.
  • Collect payment and maintain accurate insurance claims.
  • Complete data entry and billing for third party funders.
  • Coordinate courier packages and process emails, mail, and faxes.
  • Provide administrative support to Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director.
