A leading healthcare management organization in Calgary is seeking a Care Coordinator Floater. This role involves assisting with clinic operational needs, patient intake, data management, and providing exceptional customer service. Candidates should have strong organizational skills, a high school diploma, and preferably experience in a clinic setting. Reliable transportation to multiple locations within Calgary is required.
The successful applicant will have a home clinic of Lifemark Physiotherapy Village Square (located at 52nd Street NE, Calgary, AB) and will assist with clinic coverage in surrounding Calgary region. Reliable transportation to assist with clinic coverage is required.

The Care Coordinator is responsible for fostering a strong relationship between the clinic and its customers, including patients, staff, funders and referral sources. This is achieved by efficiently providing administrative support and coordinating clinic activity with friendly, enthusiastic and professional service with all patients, team members and external customers. The Care Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of patient intake, data entry, answering the phone, outbound calling, receiving faxes and emails, as well as invoicing and payments.
