Job summary

Autism Services is seeking a Care Aide for a part-time night shift at our Regina location. You will provide compassionate personal care and assist residents with daily activities, ensuring comfort and safety throughout your shift.

You will support mobility, feeding, and personal hygiene, document changes, and follow care plans. Strong teamwork and communication are essential to maintain a respectful, clean, and safe care environment for residents.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support residents with mobility, toileting, dressing, bathing, and feeding.
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents' condition to management.
• Promote residents' comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
• Assist with recreational and social activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment.
• Follow care plans, infection control protocols, and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Personal Care Worker (or related)
• Criminal Record Check
• CPR and First Aid certification
