The Cards Growth Acquisition Specialist is a key contributor to the strategic growth of our credit card portfolio, responsible for driving new account acquisition through data-driven marketing, segmentation, and channel optimization. This role blends analytical rigor with creative campaign execution to attract high-value prospects and convert them into engaged cardholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of credit card economics, consumer behavior, and acquisition funnel dynamics, and will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable growth.

What You’ll Be Doing :
  • Design and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies to grow new credit card accounts, leveraging digital, direct mail, in-branch, and partner channels.
  • Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns, including creative briefing, segmentation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Partner with analytics teams to refine audience segmentation and develop personalized acquisition journeys based on behavioral, demographic, and transactional data.
  • Identify and optimize acquisition channels (paid media, email, website, mobile app, affiliate partnerships) to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
  • Design and execute A / B tests and pilot programs to evaluate new acquisition tactics, offers, and messaging strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offers, and consumer preferences to inform acquisition strategy and product positioning.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Digital, Data, and Operations teams to align acquisition efforts with broader business goals.
  • Track and report on acquisition KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and funnel metrics. Provide actionable insights to improve future performance.
What You Bring :

A strong business acumen mixed with a strong understanding of consumer behavior, complexities of competitive credit card landscapes, and market risks.

Experience :
  • 4+ years of experience preferably within the credit card, financial services industry, or customer growth strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights into actionable plans to deliver on business objectives.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills that fosters relationships across all levels and roles within the organization.
  • Familiarity with credit card economics, P&L drivers, and regulatory considerations.
  • Proven track record of being a strong self-motivated individual contributor.
Education :
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing or related field. Or proven experience in credit card portfolio management or a related field.
