Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals seeks an experienced Cardiometabolic Medical Science Liaison to join the Medical Affairs team in a field-based role. The MSL will reside within the covered territories, with opportunities to engage cardiologists and endocrinologists, educate on RNAi-based therapies, and support clinical programs.

This role requires a PhD/MD/DO/PharmD and 5+ years as an MSL in a biotech or pharmaceutical setting, with strong English communication and travel willingness.

Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, MD or DO required.
• Five or more years of experience as an MSL.
• Cardiometabolic therapeutic area experience.
• Industry experience in Medical Affairs at a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic CRM systems.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Engage healthcare professionals to educate on clinical and scientific evidence.
• Educate on RNAi technology and related disease areas.
• Synthesize and communicate clinical insights to internal stakeholders.
• Present at scientific congresses and meetings to stay current in the field.
• Support clinical trials through investigator engagement.
• Assist with speaker training and OL engagement at meetings.
• Monitor scientific literature and competitor activity.
