A regional healthcare organization in Salmon Arm is seeking a Casual Cardiology Technologist to perform ECG, stress, and Holter monitoring among other diagnostic tests. Working days include Monday to Friday, with shift times from 08:00 to 16:00. This role requires completion of a Cardiology Technology diploma and CSCT certification. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong patient communication skills while contributing to a supportive team. This position can serve as an entry point into a permanent role with growth opportunities.
We are seeking a Casual Cardiology Technologist at Shuswap Lake General Hospital in Salmon Arm, BC.
Days of work: Rotating, Days, Monday to Friday
Shift times: 08:00 to 16:00

The Cardiology Technologist performs techniques relating to Electro Cardiogram (ECG) testing, stress testing, Holter and event Recorders and pacemaker monitoring and other types of diagnostic cardiac equipment.

Completion of a Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists recognized Diploma program in Cardiology Technology plus two years’ recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Current certification with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists and eligible for membership with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists (CSCT).
