Qualifications

• Completion of a recognized Cardiology Technology Program at the Diploma level plus two years of recent related experience.
• Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists (CSCT) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ECG, stress and holter monitoring tests and ABP testing.
• Explain procedures and answer patient questions.
• Scan and analyze test strips, summarize results.
• Assist in pacemaker monitoring under supervision.
• Enter patient test information into Meditech EHR.
• Provide orientation and training to staff.
