Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Cardiologist, located in Sudbury, ON. The Cardiologist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating cardiovascular conditions, conducting consultations and follow‑ups, and performing diagnostic procedures such as echocardiography, stress testing, heart monitoring, and ECGs. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with clinical teams, providing expert guidance to patients, and maintaining the highest standards of care. We are a University teaching clinic, so participation in teaching of learners of different levels and specialities will be required.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Cardiology and general Medicine to provide comprehensive cardiac care
  • Experience in cardiac imaging and diagnostics
  • Proficiency in cardiac disease prevention (primary and secondary)
  • Commitment to continuous learning and collaboration in a teaching clinic environment
  • Board certification in Cardiology and licensure to practice in Ontario
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and healthcare teams
