Job summary

King Animal Hospital in King City, Ontario is seeking a Board-Certified or Residency-Trained Small Animal Cardiologist to join our referral and emergency team. The hospital offers access to advanced imaging including echocardiography, ECG, Holter monitoring, fluoroscopy with C-arm, a 3T MRI and a 128-slice CT scanner.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or residency-trained in veterinary cardiology.
• Experience in referral and emergency settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork with clinicians, technicians and support staff.
• Commitment to client education and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality cardiology care to referral and emergency patients.
• Grow the cardiology department and expand services.
• Perform and interpret echocardiography, ECGs and Holter monitoring.
• Collaborate with ER, surgeons and RVTs to coordinate care.

King Animal Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified or Residency-Trained Small Animal Cardiologist (ACVIM or ECVIM-CA) to join our referral and emergency team in King City, Ontario.

Our privately owned, 60,000 sq. ft. hospital brings together more than 35 doctors, 12 specialties, and approximately 250 team members. We value a collegial, collaborative culture where specialists, emergency clinicians, and RVTs work together to provide thoughtful, compassionate care.
