Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a dedicated vehicle care associate to service cars at the Richmond airport and Hornby Street locations. You will clean, wash, vacuum, and sanitize vehicles, and assist with fueling and fluid checks, keeping interiors pristine and safe.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent, with strong verbal communication and a professional, engaging demeanor. Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Job description

This position requires coverage for the Airport location and Hornby Street location based on shift bids.

You will detail our vehicles. This includes cleaning, washing, vacuuming, removing trash and sanitizing.

You will fill gas tanks, check fluid levels and tire pressures. Other duties include inspecting for auto body damage and checking for dash warning lights.

You also may drive and park cars on our airport lots as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Cleaning, washing and vacuuming cars
• Removing trash and sanitizing
• Checking for any items previous customers have left behind - to be put in Lost and Found
• Filling gas tanks and checking fluid levels and tire pressure
• Inspecting for any damages and checking for any dash warning lights
• May need to drive to the airport parking lot as required

Pay: $22.20/hr
