A leading agriculture financing firm in Quebec is looking for a professional to support its Capital division. You will assist in planning and reporting, develop business plans, and work with various internal stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a finance or business degree, with experience in asset management. This role offers a salary range of $81,005 to $109,595 and promotes a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of progressive experience in finance or business administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of private real asset investing with experience across acquisition, asset management, and divestment is required.
- Understanding of agriculture industry trends, risk mitigation, and financial analysis techniques is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Support FCC Capital processes, policies, and reporting.
- Help develop and implement the division’s business plan by compiling data and preparing summaries.
- Prepare materials for business plan reviews and contribute to analysis and recommendations.
- Work closely with various internal stakeholders to support business needs.
- Provide pipeline and portfolio support including analyzing forecasting, allocation, diversification, and performance metrics.
- Assist in preparing capital call documentation and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Coordinate with investment teams to ensure the pipeline is accurate and up to date.
