Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the Capital Markets domain, preferably in FX Domain.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture and technology guidance on all projects.
• Lead technology strategy initiatives such as Applications rationalization and Cloud Migration.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank's risk culture in decisions.

Skills

Software engineering industry experience

Interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills

Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicting priorities

Experience in Capital Markets domain

Experience with hybrid cloud deployments

Education

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
