Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience in retail and/or hospitality, preferably in cannabis, liquor, or healthcare.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Current Sellsafe Certification required.
• Working knowledge of cannabis regulations in Alberta.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing associates.
• Fill in as Acting Manager when necessary.
• Promote a strong sales and customer service culture.
• Educate customers about cannabis products.
