Job summary

Vybrant Global in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a Canadian citizen licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. The role supports geriatric patients and offers strong immigration support, including TN visa sponsorship and EB-3 green card option.

You will assess patients, develop rehab plans, supervise assistants, and collaborate with the care team. Compensation includes $48–$55/hour, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, relocation reimbursement, and full licensing support.

Qualifications

Must hold an active Physical Therapist license.
Graduate from an accredited PT program.
Experience with geriatric patients preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess patients and develop personalized rehab plans.
Improve patient mobility and monitor progress.
Educate patients on recovery stages.
Supervise PT assistants as needed.
Maintain confidentiality, safety, and compliance.
Collaborate with the care team.
