Job Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans

  • Start IVs, change dressings, and insert catheters
  • Operate and adjust medical equipment
  • Monitor vital signs and report adverse reactions
  • Collaborate on discharge planning
  • Educate patients and families on procedures and post-care
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Follow nursing standards and protocols
  • Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams
