Ambipar Response Industrial Services Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced Tank Cleaning Project Manager to lead major tank cleaning projects across Canada from Calgary or Edmonton.

You will plan, estimate, execute, and closeout projects in North America while coordinating with clients, operations, safety, and field teams. Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of project management experience in industrial services/oil & gas/energy environments.
• Experience estimating industrial projects and developing detailed budgets.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, manpower planning, equipment needs, and cost control.
• Experience working with industrial clients and contractors.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements in industrial/energy sectors.
• Ability to read project scopes, specs, drawings, and tender documents.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage tank cleaning projects from initial estimate and planning through execution and closeout.
• Develop project estimates, scopes of work, budgets, schedules, manpower, equipment, and execution plans.
• Review client specifications and tender documents to develop accurate estimates.
• Coordinate mobilization, equipment, subcontractors, materials, and field personnel.
• Lead project execution and provide direction to Supervisors and field teams.
• Maintain regular client communication and serve as primary contact during execution.
• Monitor costs, productivity, schedule, change orders, and profitability.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and opportunities.
• Ensure safety requirements are met in coordination with Health & Safety.
• Coordinate waste handling, transportation, and disposal as applicable.
• Prepare project documentation, daily and progress reports, timesheets, and cost tracking.
• Identify additional work opportunities and communicate change orders to clients.
• Participate in pre-job meetings, site visits, and project reviews.
• Support Business Development and estimating teams on opportunities and proposals.
• Complete project closeout with financial reconciliation and lessons learned.
