HDR has an excellent opportunity for a Canada Water Business Group Utility Management Services (UMS) Business Class Lead. In this position, you will serve as a seller-doer to grow the UMS business class by leading pursuits, managing staff, and managing projects.
HDR’s Canada UMS Business Class Lead will provide leadership to develop, coordinate, monitor, and improve technical services for municipal water and wastewater utility support services, particularly utility planning, asset management, finance, regulatory support, and operations consulting. The Canada UMS Business Class Lead will lead the growth and further develop and manage UMS projects that may include condition assessment and rehabilitation of water, stormwater and wastewater infrastructure, utility management/asset management, business process assessments, strategic planning, capital planning & rate studies, operations optimization, regulatory support, system conveyance, master planning, technology selection/on-boarding, data management/ visualization, or pursuit of funding/financing.
