Job description

Reporting to the Manager of Professional Services, you will act as the primary client liaison to lead multiple customer-facing EHR implementation projects simultaneously. You should have experience managing customer implementations in a Professional Services environment and a proven track record of successfully achieving project objectives.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Thoroughly understand the customer’s business and technical needs.
  2. Act as the primary interface to client business units during all phases of the project.
  3. Conduct project kick-off meetings with customers and delivery resources.
  4. Identify scope, create project plans, manage, monitor, and control multiple externally facing customer implementations of our software. Manage project budgets, team resources, communications, and project plans.
  5. Ensure successful migration to the PointClickCare solution with an effective transition to support upon project close.
  6. Monitor and report on project progress, problems, and recommended solutions to the customer.
  7. Identify and resolve risks and issues promptly. Escalate concerns to the project team and senior management when appropriate.
  8. Report on deployments, schedules, budgets, and revenue using internal methods.
  9. Foster the growth of the team’s project management capabilities, improving knowledge and experience within the PMO.
  10. Manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
  11. Contribute to the overall goals and objectives of the Project Management Office.
  12. Create project plans, define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and required resources.
  13. Oversee the day-to-day implementation of operational project aspects, defining tasks and resource allocation.
  14. Support customers in migrating from current to future states in the most optimal way.
  15. Update and track project timelines and deliverables.
  16. Provide direction and support to the implementation team and review team deliverables.
  17. Manage project issues and dependencies.
Required Experience :
  1. Experience in project management at a skilled level.
  2. Previous PointClickCare knowledge is an asset but not required; experience with healthcare systems (EHR, EMR, Pharmacy) is advantageous.
  3. PMP or Prince II certification is a plus.
  4. Solid understanding of systems design is beneficial.
  5. Great attitude and work ethic.
  6. Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence others to achieve successful project outcomes.
  7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with team members, internal customers, and external clients.
  8. Attention to detail and a passion for achieving quality outcomes.
  9. Self-starter capable of taking on new challenges.
  10. Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  11. Ability to self-manage and monitor key performance indicators.

Salary: $87,000 - $94,000 per year plus bonus or commission, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by job and level, with individual compensation based on skills, experience, and location.
