Qualifications

• 7+ years in a commercial leadership role, preferably within the mining, drilling, industrial equipment, or heavy manufacturing sectors.
• Demonstrated experience with P&L ownership, distributor management, and technical sales.
• Fluency in English and preferably French.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage full country-level profit & loss responsibilities.
• Lead and develop the Commercialization Sales Team to exceed revenue targets.
• Oversee Customer Service Representatives and internal order fulfillment processes.
• Manage both regional and local logistics for optimized delivery.
