Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and security of passengers by following all airline regulations and emergency procedures.

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the flight, assisting passengers with inquiries and requests.

• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures to passengers.

• Serve meals and beverages professionally, catering to special dietary requirements when needed.

• Handle in-flight issues calmly and effectively, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring smooth transitions.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the cabin throughout the flight.

• Communicate effectively with the flight crew to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (hospitality or aviation certifications preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm in emergencies.

• Professional appearance and grooming standards as per airline requirements.

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and long-haul flights.

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn will be considered.

Working Hours:

• Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Average of 40 hours per week, with flexible schedules for domestic and international routes.
